Job Description

Based on system design document and specification, candidate is capable of the investigation, simulation, development, and testing of voice front-end processing. Help to drive and maintain company's state-of-the-art position in voice processing.


  • Demonstrated ability in speech processing reqired
  • Strong academic and industrial background, MS or PhD
  • Working experience in acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction, beamforming
  • Ability of algorithm development, and ability to solve problems independently
  • Good knowledge of C and Matlab

Sr. ASIC Verification and Design Engineer

Job Description

Verify the design and implementation of high quality voice processors for far field pickup and noise-suppression using small array microphone signal processing technologies; define ASIC verification specification and develop infrastructure database; create test cases for Design-under-Verification (DUV) and test vectors for production testing; track verification progress, review function coverage, and enhance verification coverage; run simulations and debug throughout verification stages; conduct post-silicon validation and failure analysis for production chips; confer with architects, designers, software firmware engineers, FAE and production engineers. Skills in C Programming, VCS, NC-Verilog, Verdi, GDB are required.


Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, and 5 years’ experience in the job required.
