Paul Huang

Paul Huang has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Fortemedia, Inc. since August 2000. Paul was the co-founder of Cadence Design Systems, and is the recipient of the prestigious Phil Kaufman award for 2000. Paul currently also serves as a director of several EDA companies. From April 1998 to July 2000, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of Novas Software, Inc., a Logic Debugging company. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Product Development and as a director of Quickturn Design systems, Inc., and President of PiE Design, a company he co-founded in 1990. From August 1982 to January 1990, he served as Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Cadence.

Tom Hsia

Tom Hsia is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Fortemedia. Tom has a long legacy in the PC business. Prior to founding Fortemedia in 1996, Tom was the Chief System Architect at PC-tel, the first software modem company. Before that, he led several software development teams at Opti, MediaChip, Everex, and Aspen Engineering, which he co-founded. There, he developed a logic synthesis tool which was sold to Arche and to Viewlogic.
