Requirements
- Working experience in audio/speech DSP design and implementations
- Strong DSP theory background, MS or PhD in related field
- Strong DSP implementation and embedded system development experience
- Implementation experience with commercial DSPs required
- Good C and assembly coding skills

capable of the investigation, simulation, development, and testing
of voice front-end processing. Help to drive and maintain company's
state-of-the-art position in voice processing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in speech processing reqired
- Strong academic and industrial background, MS or PhD
- Working experience in acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction, beamforming
- Ability of algorithm development, and ability to solve problems independently
- Good knowledge of C and Matlab
